Set of razor-sharp knives with ceramic blades from EmperioZani by Serafino Zani. Ceramic is harder than steel and therefore stays sharp longer. In addition, ceramic knives cannot rust and do not give off a metallic taste, which prevents food from discolouring.
EmperioZani ceramic knives are made of Zirconium and Obsidian (volcanic material). The hardness and hygiene are enhanced by the mirror polishing.
