In the mid-1950s, Alexander Girard designed the interior of the legendary Miller House in Columbus. The heart of the house was a sitting pit with the showpiece in the middle: the Flower Table, which was specially made for the lady of the house, Xenia Miller. The bronze table got a different top in 1977 and is still in its original place today. In close collaboration with the Girard family, Vitra developed a version in powder-coated steel.

The coffee table is available in anthracite and red and can also be used outdoors.
