Larger parcels are shipped with UPS.

Due to COVID and to the current busy season, we are still experiencing occasional delays in lead times as well as in shipping. We will inform you about the expected delivery time, or you can ask us before ordering.

Free shipping on all orders
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the order; the higher the amount, the lower the cost. In this way you never pay too much and you don’t have to fill your shopping cart unnecessarily to reach a threshold amount.
The prices are valid for a package of up to 50x50x20 cm and 5 kg.
For larger and heavier parcels, you will receive a quote for the shipping.

VAT and import duties
Orders sent to outside the European Union will be without VAT. Take into account that local customs may add import duties. If so, the courier service will advance the amount to speed up the clearance and they will collect the taxes from you at delivery.
You can pay safely with the most common methods. During checkout you can select your preferred way to pay.
A large part of the collection is in stock and dispatched in 1-2 business days. If a product is sold out and the delivery will take longer, you will be notified. The delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
You have 30 days to decide if you want to keep the product. Within that period, you may return the product and the purchase price will be refunded*.

The goods must be packed well and the parcel must be sufficiently franked. We will refuse un-franked parcels. Until we have received the goods back, you are responsible for loss or damage. We recommend you keep a proof of shipment.
After receiving the product in good condition, you will be paid back within two weeks.
* Custom products, fabric by the meter, made-to-measure cushions, rugs, and wallpaper cannot be returned, unless there are deficiencies.
