What is the delivery time?
When in stock, the products are dispatched in 1-2 working days. If an item is sold out and delivery will take longer, we will always notify you. For products with a standard longer delivery time, this is indicated in the description on the product page.

Can I have my order sent to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. See for an overview of countries and shipping costs the page Delivery & Returns.

Do I have to create an account before ordering?
No, you can order without an account. Creating an account is voluntary and for your own convenience, for example if you want to save your address for a next order.

Can I return or change my product?
Yes, you may return your product within 30 days after receipt.

How can I pay?
You can pay securely with the most common payment methods or a bank transfer. In case of a transfer, the dispatch usually takes a bit longer as the payment needs to be received first.

I placed an order but I haven’t received an email confirmation
1. Check if the mail is in the spam folder.
2. If not, send us and email and you will receive the confirmation.
